Who we are

We’re the people behind Slat, based in Israel. For privacy questions and requests, contact shalevshafian@gmail.com.

The website and waitlist

Joining is optional. When you register successfully, we store your email address, signup time and the notification permission you gave, including its wording and version. We use these records to manage the waitlist and send the confirmation and launch update you requested. Delivery records include a message identifier, delivery status and relevant timestamps.

The website and production waitlist are hosted on our Hetzner server. Waitlist data is kept outside the publicly served website folder. Earlier registrations were collected on our local machine and transferred to the production service. We use Resend to deliver emails; the recipient address and message content are shared with Resend for that purpose.

See the providers’ information at Hetzner and Resend. The server processes technical request information to serve and protect the site. Hosting and email delivery involve service providers outside Israel.

Browser storage

We use browser storage to remember sound and cursor preferences and whether you dismissed the storage notice. These preferences remain until you clear your browser’s site data. A session flag avoids repeating the entrance animation within the same tab session. No analytics or advertising scripts are integrated into this landing page.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist or stop future notifications by replying to a Slat email or contacting shalevshafian@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant email address before acting. We keep waitlist records to manage the requested notifications and related requests. Removing an active registration does not recall emails already sent.

Scope

This notice describes the landing page and its waitlist. The illustration on this page does not connect to your agent or upload project files. Separate Slat app and device-connection features have different data flows and are outside this notice.
